Ingredients: beef tenderloin, red chili pepper, Thai chili pepper, celery, pickled peppers, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, cornstarch, cooking oil, salt.

Slice the beef tenderloin and marinate it with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, and cooking oil. Mix well with your hands and marinate for 10 minutes. Finely chop the Thai chili pepper, red chili pepper, and pickled peppers. Cut the celery into sections. Peel and mince the garlic.

Heat a wok and add an appropriate amount of oil. Stir-fry the marinated beef until it changes color. Remove the beef from the wok and drain excess oil.
